Our idea on celebrating Columbus Day
Our take on Columbus Day…since it is the beginning of the ending for Native Americans I (as a teacher) decided to devote October to commemorate their culture but the students planned and executed beautifully. There is a lot to do but we begun with building their homes which were much more complex than teepee.
